Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and inspected within 1–3 business days and shipped from the fulfillment location based on stock availability. Orders placed before 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT) will begin processing the following business day. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe & International: 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs

Tracking
All orders include tracking. Tracking details take 3–4 business days to update after dispatch.

Shipping Costs
- US: Free standard shipping
- International: Calculated at checkout

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. If you wish to return an order, please accept delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy.
