Returns & Exchanges
Products may be returned within 60 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For returns due to personal reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


If an item does not fit, we offer a replacement option for a small shipping fee, often without requiring the original item to be returned. Once an exchange is completed, the original order becomes non-returnable.

Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, typically within 7 business days. A 10% transaction fee may apply. Any import duties or return-related charges are the customer’s responsibility. 


In certain cases where return shipping is impractical or cost-prohibitive, we may offer a partial refund or store credit as an alternative.

5-Year Guarantee
We provide a 5-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Claims may require photos or a short video for verification. Approved claims receive a replacement item for a small shipping and processing fee.


Shipping Issues & Insurance
If an item arrives damaged and the damage affects usability, contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement.

Minor issues (such as small components) may be resolved with store credit.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information. If Shipping Insurance is selected at checkout, the order is fully covered for loss, damage affecting use, or missing items, with a guaranteed replacement.

Disputes
We kindly ask customers to contact our support team before opening a payment dispute at your credit card processor or bank so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
