The Vanguard runs true to size with a regular, athletic cut. For most hunting use with a base layer underneath, your normal size works perfectly. If you plan to run a heavier fleece mid-layer for cold hunting, go up one size. For extreme cold with full insulation underneath, two sizes up gives a comfortable layered fit without restricting your movement or draw.
